RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


EU & UK CUSTOMERS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
If you exercise this right:
- You will receive a full refund of the product price
- The cost of standard delivery (the least expensive shipping method offered) will also be refunded
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return


ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.  
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it in accordance with this policy.


RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition and not damaged
- Items may be inspected and handled as reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning
- Proof of purchase is required
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or faulty.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom exercising their right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For customers in other regions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item (or valid proof of return), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.  
No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds.


DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived within 20 days after dispatch, please contact us.  
We will investigate and provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund where appropriate.


LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.  
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
